Cancellation & Shipping Policy
  • Cancellation and Shipping Policy:  I understand that I am required to hold my membership for at least 1 year and then I may cancel my membership without further obligation, provided Matthews Estate receives notification prior to shipment.   If I cancel within the first year a $75 fee will be billed to my credit card.  I may cancel my membership without any fees if Matthews Estate chooses at any time to make a change in the Matthews Wine Club benefits.
  • Any additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines will be my responsibility.  Club members and all wine orders must be placed and received by adults 21 years or age or older.  We do not ship to states where prohibited by law or that Matthews is not licensed to ship to. Matthews will not ship to PO Boxes.
  • All shipments made out of state will be scheduled for 2-Day air shipments and by ground in the state of Washington, unless otherwise requested.  I understand that I take full responsibility for the condition of the wines as received if I choose not to follow the shipping guidelines as recommended by Matthews in regards to temperature conditions. 
  • Any releases not picked up after 30 days, will automatically be shipped to me and my account will be billed for the additional shipping charges.
